Meet Kit!

Kit Is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in California and Maine who has been involved in various aspects of real estate since 1973.

Kit is a native Southern Californian who has spent the lion's share of her professional life working throughout Southern California. Her interest stared early on via her family's real estate company. She apprenticed under the watchful eye of her Father, and eventually worked up to overseeing the daily operations and management of numerous multi-family units and commercial buildings.

After completing her education, Kit was recruited by Standard chartered Bank, to work in the Commercial Real Estate Division of Union Bank of California. Working her way through lending department, Kit was later promoted to oversee and manage Commercial Real Estate held in Trust. In that position she managed larger retail centers throughout Southern and Northern California. A few years following, Kit was recruited by City National Bank of Beverly Hills to bring her knowledge, experience, style and success to their clients. Following her banking career, Kit embarked into the business world, where her leadership role as managing partner came shining through. The founding of M. B. Dylan, LLC, a litigation support company, included leading the relationships with numerous large litigation firms' teams as well as overseeing and managing on cases to trial. In early 2004, Kit sold her company's contracts to another litigation firm and returned to her original roots of real estate.

While residing in Maine, Kit spearheaded the successful purchase and sub-division of a 52-acre pristine Maine Coastal Shoreline, making the land available for future multi-dwelling development.

Upon her return to California, Kit worked with First Team Estates in Newport Beach and eventually segued her talents with Coldwell Banker, where she has achieved Coldwell Banker's prestigious International Sterling Award after only five months' time. Kit holds a Bachelor of Arts Letter in English Literature and a Master's Degree in Business Administration. Throughout her years of real estate service, Kit has brought a personal, easy going, professional and sensible commitment to her clients. Kit enjoys all outdoor activities, time with her family, pups, community, gatherings, gardening, cooking and travel.
